Before you travel
Make sure you:
- Have installed the Rail Planner app
- Have your Pass number and last name (from your confirmation email)
- Know that your Pass must be activated before boarding your first train

- Your mobile Pass is your ticket — it will generate a QR code in the app
- You don’t always need internet access to show your ticket, but you will need it to set up and manage your journeys
- Some trains require seat reservations in addition to your Pass
