Eurail Rail Planner and Huawei mobile

Due to recent changes, Huawei mobile users will no longer be able to download the Eurail Rail Planner application, from the Huawei AppGallery.

    What this means:

    You will not be able to access or use the Rail Planner app on Huawei devices at this time.

    What you can do:

    To continue planning your train journeys and accessing your Eurail Mobile Pass, we recommend using any alternative device running Android (non-Huawei) or iOS.

    Aftersales:

    If you already booked your Eurail Mobile Pass, a 100% refund applies to totally unused and non-activated passes. 

    Request MUST be submitted before the last possible activation date indicated on the Mobile Pass. 

    Pass is considered activated if the first and consequently, last day of validity is defined.

    We understand this may be inconvenient and appreciate your understanding while we work on a long-term solution.
