Where is my booking? Trouble locating your booking?
If you're having trouble accessing your booking or account, it's possible you've booked on a different website. If you've booked on our website ( www.raileurope.com ), your booking reference will begin with RE- and you will be able to locate the booking from your account (provided you have registered on our website), and used the same registered email address to make the booking. If you are unable to access the booking, chances are that:
1) You have made the booking using another email address. In such a case, you can register with the email address used to make the booking, and the booking should reflect in your "my trips" section of the new account.
2) You have entered an incorrect email address (email address with a mistake) in the booking. In such a case, connect with our customer support team to have your email address updated correctly on the booking.
3) You have booked elsewhere. In such a case, get in touch with the customer support team of the website you made the booking with.
