Why can't I find my booking?
If you're having trouble accessing your booking or account, it's possible you've booked on a different website. If you've booked on our website ( www.raileurope.com ), your booking reference will begin with RE- and you will be able to locate the booking from your account, provided you have registered on our website, and used the same registered email address to make the booking. If you are unable to access the booking, you have booked elsewhere.
