How to check SNCF claim status

1. Click on ( https://tout-oui.sncf.com/) and select the option "Follow my request". 

2. You will be asked to enter your claim reference number, which is in the following format: R + 8 consecutive digits (e.g., R06345678). You can find this reference number in the acknowledgement email you received when your claim was submitted.

3. On the 2nd step, it will ask for the email used for claim submission

4. Once these details are entered, the portal will display the current progress of your claim.
