How do I submit a claim for SNCF train delay compensation?
Steps to submit delay claim on the TOUTOUI website
1. Click on (https://tout-oui.sncf.com/) and select the option "Train Delay."
2. On the 2nd step, it will ask, "Did you benefit from a group rate of 10 people or more?"
***Click on "No" and proceed further.
3. On the 3rd step, it will confirm, "Does your trip include a TGV INOUI, INTERCITES, TGV LYRIA, ICE, or Nightjet journey?" *** Click on Yes and proceed further.
4. Click on Create my SNCF username and select I do not have a Loyalty Card. Then click Next. You will be redirected to the SNCF website, where you will need to create an SNCF login if you do not already have one. Once your SNCF account has been created, return to the previous page. Using the link below and log in using your newly created SNCF username and password.

5. On the next page, enter the PNR and last name of the passenger and validate it.
6. If your journey is found, verify the information as per the booking and continue.
7. On the next page, select "About my Trip" and "My train was delayed" and continue
8. If the journey is delayed over 60 minutes, you will be asked for 2 options. Voucher and Payment. If the journey is delayed between 30 to 60 minutes, a default voucher option will be selected.
- * If the payment option is selected, you will need to enter the bank details.
- * If the voucher option is selected, a voucher will be sent directly to the email ID through which you have logged in to the G30 website.

9. Upon clicking continue, a claim form will open with filled details. Verify all details before you submit the form.
10. Upon clicking on send, a Claim Reference No. (which is in the following format: R + 8 consecutive digits (R06345678)) will be generated. Also, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the email address used.
