Booked through a travel agent?

  • Have you made your booking with a Rail Europe registered Travel agent?
  • Do you wish to inquire about cancellation, exchange and other actions pertaining to a Rail Europe registered Travel agent?
  • Do you wish to obtain the Print at home tickets or Mobile tickets or the details to retrieve a Print at station ticket for a booking made with a Rail Europe registered Travel agent?

Bookings made through Rail Europe registered travel agents cannot be retrieved on our customer specific booking portal (www.raileurope.com), and can only be opened by the travel agent you booked the ticket with, on their dedicated portal. For all the above scenarios, Rail Europe is unable to respond to your queries because of the contractual & legal reasons. You would therefore need to connect with the travel agent with whom the booking has been made.
