How to Add a BahnCard
Customers travelling in Germany can add their BahnCard on our website to receive eligible discounts on Deutsche Bahn (DB) trains.

Step 1: Start a Train Search


1. Go to the Rail Europe website.
2. Select train tickets.
3. Enter:
o From and To stations
o Travel date
o Number of passengers
4. Scroll down to the passenger section.
5. Click on Add railcard.
Step 2: Select the BahnCard Type

1. A pop-up window will open.
2. Under Country, select Germany.
3. From the dropdown list, choose the correct BahnCard:
o BahnCard 25, 1st class
o BahnCard 25, 2nd class
o BahnCard 50, 1st class
o BahnCard 50, 2nd class
o BahnCard Business 25, 1st or 2nd class
