German Train cancellation Email

If you have booked a train for your trip to Germany and receive an email from the railway, Deutsche Bahn, stating that your train has been cancelled, do not panic; there will be a link at the bottom of the email that you can click to find out whether the train has been cancelled, rescheduled, or simply has a change in train subtype (for example, ICE generation 2 to ICE generation 1). Despite verifying, if you still have questions, please contact our customer service staff by clicking here.
