OBB printing tickets mode

Please be aware that there are no kiosk machines available outside of Austria for the collection of OBB TOD tickets. 

This means that a customer won't be able to collect his tickets from a station outside Austria. 

When the ticket has not been downloaded, it can be exchanged or refunded. However, once the ticket is downloaded, it becomes non-exchangeable, although it remains eligible for a refund. This applies to tickets purchased on or after 1st March 2026.

Once on the OBB website, you have two options, you must only choose the PDF ticket option.

If you decide to collect ticket locally, please be aware that there are no kiosk machines available outside of Austria. This means that you won't be able to collect the tickets from a station outside of Austria.

This especially applies to tickets with departure cities outside of Austria, such as Prague, Budapest, etc.
