Major works in Paris-Est station from January 31 to February 3 and from February 6 to 9, 2025

We would like to inform you that major works will take place in Paris-Est station between January 31 and February 3, 2025, then between February 6 and 9, 2025. These works will make access to this station impossible for TGV INOUI during these periods.

Changes to the transport offer

The TGV linking Paris-Est station with northeastern France, Luxembourg and Germany will originate and terminate at Paris-Nord station, around 500 meters from Paris-Est.

Modernisation work on the LGV Sud-Est from 09 to 12 November 2024

It will not be possible to travel on the High Speed Line between Paris/Ile De France and the north of Avignon from 9 to 12 November 2024 inclusive, due to signalling modernisation work.

After 5 years of work with no impact on passenger traffic,  this major operation requires the complete closure of the line for 4 days.

  • High Speed Train traffic will be modified, with the following consequences:
  • A reduction in the number of High Speed Trains in circulation
  • The trains that do run will use the conventional line, with a significant increase in journey time.
  • Certain stations on the High Speed Line will not be served

The timetables on tickets and on distribution channels already take account of these changes.

SNCF has planned engineering works on some regional train stations and routes. As a result some TER trains have been impacted. Here you will find  the information regarding the relevant changes cause by these works.
