Train lost property: Lost & found contacts

If you have lost any item on a train or at a station you should contact the rail company who you travelled with or the station operator. Most rail companies operate their own lost and found property service - below we have listed the lost property websites for most UK and European rail companies.

Some rail companies require you to complete an online form, while others provide contact information for individual train stations. Please see the relevant rail operator below.

  • Unfortunately, there is no central information point for lost and found items on Italo trains. If you've left an item at the station, you can try asking at staff at an information counter. Failing that, you should claim for its loss via travel insurance.
